Oklahoma City, OK — September 15, 2025 — CardioVascular Health Clinic is expanding its Oklahoma City campus with the addition of a new 26,000-square-foot facility developed by Remedy Medical Properties, Inc. Located adjacent to the clinic’s current site at 3200 Quail Springs Parkway, the expansion will significantly increase diagnostic capacity and improve access to specialized vascular and cardiovascular care across the region.
The new facility will feature advanced diagnostic services including nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular PET, ultrasound, and CT imaging, as well as a dedicated vein clinic and additional exam rooms. This expansion supports physician growth while ensuring more patients can receive timely, comprehensive vascular and cardiovascular care.
"This expansion represents an important step forward in our mission to provide world-class vascular and cardiovascular care to the people of Oklahoma," said Dr. Jim Melton, Co-Founder of CardioVascular Health Clinic. "By adding space and advanced diagnostic capabilities, we can serve more patients, attract talented physicians, and continue delivering the personalized, high-quality care our community deserves."
The facility is being developed by Remedy Medical Properties, Inc., the nation’s largest private owner of healthcare properties, with Cowen Construction serving as the builder.
"This project is about more than a new building — it’s about meeting the growing needs of our patients and providers as well as positioning our team for long-term success," said Peter Burd, Chief Operating Officer of Heart and Vascular Partners. "Through our partnership with Remedy Medical Properties and Cowen Construction, we are investing in infrastructure today so that we can continue to provide the most comprehensive and innovative vascular and cardiovascular care for years to come."
The new facility is expected to be completed by late 2026.
