In addition to specializing in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases, Dr. Parsons also helps many patients with prostate artery embolization, uterine fibroid embolization, hemorrhoid embolization, and genicular artery embolization.

Prostate artery embolization is a minimally invasive procedure that helps improve lower urinary tract symptoms caused by Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). BPH is a noncancerous enlargement of the prostate gland and is the most common benign tumor found in men.

Uterine fibroid embolization is a minimally invasive procedure used to block blood flow to fibroid tumors, causing them to shrink. Uterine fibroid embolization is an effective procedure with an approximate success rate of 85%. Most individuals who undergo the procedure have a dramatic improvement in their symptoms and a decrease in the size of their uterine fibroids.

The hemorrhoid embolization treatment, also known as Emborrhoid, is a relatively new nonoperative treatment of hemorrhoidal bleeding based on the same principles of hemorrhoidal dearterialization. It consists of embolization with coils or microparticles of terminal branches of the superior and middle rectal arteries via the endovascular route.

Genicular artery embolization (GAE), or embolization of the knee, is a minimally-invasive procedure providing immediate and long-term pain relief for patients with osteoarthritis (OA) by reducing the blood flow to the lining of the knee.

My first visit I was scared I was just going to be gaslighted just like the past however I was pleasantly shocked when Dr. Warren immediately believed me.
